Setting Up Timecard Overtime Rules

The Timecard Settings feature provides the ability to calculate two types of overtime for hourly paid employees that you set up in your repair facility profile. Additional columns relating to overtime have been added to the Paysheet and Pay Period screens.

To set up timecard overtime rules

Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
Select your repair facility profile, and the click Edit from the mini-toolbar.
Click on the Timecard Settings link under Repair Management.
Enter overtime criteria in the fields.
Select Save or Save and Close.
